Hi. Thanks for the information as I stated my 1st appointment is on the 18 to get everything going what should I look forward to out of that visit. Also should I grab any of my medical records to bring with me. How is the staff do they get things done in a timely manner. I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to do the 6 month supervised diet.
