Thats where i currently find myself post surgery trying different shakes and not having a lot of luck. I have tried gnc unflavored not bad but i keep getting a severe aftertaste. Tried premier mix it is okay but not for everyday the already mixed were too chalky and thick. The one i really liked was genepro but that one has alot of controversey behind it and i am not sure i want to bet my health on it. So ultimately it is syntrax tried alot flavors and found some that are tolerable. Plus they have lots of flavors that i can interchange through the week. I actually liked the grapefruit and road side lemonade the best but there was nothing wrong with the other flavors either. As for unflavored fixing to try the unjury medical grade hmm we shall see. Hello james and thank you for answering. My problem is that when i eat it store bought or home made i can taste the blood in it or something comes out super pungent while i chew it and just makes me gag. I thought maybe if someone had a different way to cook it up to cover that i could go back eating it. When i do have chicken it is moist, ive tried shredded and rotisserie, from frozen but it all has a metal or blood taste to it. Honestly i am confused about carbs right now being fresh out of the starting line it is main Protein. My nut however says further down the line i will be able to have some carbs where im confused is how much she tends to keep these things a secret until i reach my next level.
