    I'm on day 2 of pre op as well and second guessing whether it's really worth it. I cook my fiancé dinner every night before he gets home from work and it's so hard not to have a bite cause I know 1 bite will turn into a bowl full.     Thank you for that advice! It is something I drink regularly in replacement of water as I like the feel of the bubbles. I've heard it's difficult to tolerate after surgery so I'm not too bothered with stopping after the surgery. Sent from my SM-N910G using the BariatricPal App
