Acm22. I was exactly the same. Wasnt aware of the way the mind is affected. I feel a bit depressed to. Its coming up yo 5 weeks since surgery. I have learnt just to brace the whole thing and as im losing weight then its doing its job. Someone to talk with who understands helps. Its alot harder than it seems . Thanks for your post. I am the same after 4 weeks. Im sooooo lathagic. Im worried about it. Not only i cant get much food down but i dont feel like it. I put off surgery twice. I backed out i was so worried about mot being able to eat and drink whatever i want. Its been 4 weeks since surgery and have lost a shitload of weight. I dont feel very hungry and dont seem to want food. I cant bearley eat anything . So if ya have doubts just do it. Hi sleevers Im 10 days out from surgery and have been losing weight. But im right now very depressed as i see others enjoying nice food. I am a real foodie and currently regret doing this. Still its done now. Painful drinking and very uncomfortable feeling. I would recommend having a good hard think if you can avoid this surgery. Im paying the price for lack of discipline in the past.
