I have dumping after a 3 net carb atkins bar ugh. 2 and a half years out from bypass.

I use multivitamin plus. I get it here.

The mouth was thrush do to vitamin deficiencies. Went to hospital and got IV fluids, and vitamins.

Anyone ever get burning mouth syndrome?? If so did it go away? My surgery was 11/23/16 have lost 83 lbs.

I am not able to eat or drink enough I stay dehydrated Just 2 days ago I had to get IV fluids was told I have burning mouth syndrome, blood sugar was 67, waiting on labs. I posted a question before I read this. SEVERE constipation!!! Awful. Surgery was on 11/23/16. I gag on everything I can only sip Water. Having a hard time hope this will get better before I starve to death. Lost 83 lbs total. any advise?

I just got out of hosp last night because I couldn't hold anything down and severe constipation I was really dehydrated and now I feel much better. so drink lots of fluids!!! I know you don't want to hear that. Good Luck

5 premier protein shakes a day and unlimited broth, popsicles, jello all sugar free. 8 cups water and sugarfree drinks no carbonated drinks! only 2 cups of coffee a day no more caffeine..... that's it I am on day 10 of liquid diet. surgery on Nov 23rd.

I started my pre op today and am having a very hard time getting my shakes down I am gagging on them just awful what could I do to get them down I tried different flavors all the same. otherwise I'm good not wanting to eat real food I can have unlimited popsicles, Jello, and broth. My surgery is Nov 23rd. My ins denied me first but got approved very quickly my surgery date now is sooner than my first date of Nov 30th LOL.. starting weight 272 current weight 254

Oh my we have to get 60g Protein and 0 carbs except whats in our shakes Premier Protein which is like 5 grams. The insurance denied me so I got to appeal I guess. But it nothing for me to gain 3-4 lbs eat or not eat. most likely just Fluid. Good Luck

I got a call saying my 11/16 appt is 11/30 they made a mistake when they gave me first appt. Good luck.

I got a TENATIVE DATE OF 11-16-2016. Does that usually mean surgery on that day? I guess it's up to insurance to approve it now.

I just had mine monday and the hardest thing was the IV they put me to sleep so I felt no pain woke up felt good no pain maybe the slightest scratchy throat. No worries.

Has anyone got the surgery with Ga Medicaid? What was out of pocket costs? I was told dietician 100.00, psychological 300.00. what about EGD?
