I started my journey Aug 18th and i dnt feel like i have any control or discipline in eating.....the "good for u food" is nasty......idk what to do, i feel like im not getting anywhere and i work around food all day everyday..... i feel so discouraged like why am i even doing this, i should just quit...what do i do???? sent from my s7 edge

I got qualified to get the sleeve and im doing all the pre tests and stuff that needs done except in havinf the worst time losing the pre op weight.....im trying so hard to watch what i eat but i work in a restaurant (tired of the food tho) and i feel like i got no support what so ever!!!!
