Im just wondering what is happening to folks when they come in and announce that they had surgery,,,,,then poof, no more posts....are folks falling out like flies? Are they not losing? Too sick to type???? Oh me, i am on my way to the world of Bandism......I need more updates and pics, and wonderful words of encouragement......Go HOGS!

my Wellborn Seminar was wonderful. He just couldnt quit talking and his wife finally walked down front and helped him to wind down. He did remember me from way back when he did surgery back in the 80's.
He just kept saying to me,,,,,,,,,you were sooo sick.
How is the romance coming along?

have you had a Fill lately? That is what I seem to read on here ,,,,,,plateau.....fill. I also have read that when you can eat a 1/2 of a sandwich,,,,,time for a fill. I am really not one to advise,,,,i havent been banded,,,,but am on my way....BLessings to u all -

J-Ville has the outside track at the community center. Or 10.00 a mo. to walk inside...also I do believe the track at the J-ville football field is open to the public....so is Cabot

OH Girl, I am going to Dr. Wellborns Seminar on Tues. Also, there are co workers of mine that go to the High School in Cabot and walk around that track. The kids play on the bleachers. I cant wait to talk to u,...Mary @ Lenders here......Cabot.- 843-2128
