Girrrrl! I just totally lost you!. I am still truckin at the Title CO. We have picked up considerably, but I feel it will be short lived, cause the rates are going up again. The Band has done well for me. It has been easy easy, and I have no regrets at this point. I have kinda come to a standstill on the loss. I made it to 60 and now i think I might have to get in gear with some calorie burning. It is just hard when you work all day to come home and tackle exercise. Are you working anywhere? hi there, i HAD MY SIX MONTH ANNIVERSARY YEsterday. I have lost 60 pounds and would totally tell you to come to little rock for the surgery and use Dr. WEllborn and his staff. The education after and during and the followup care is the best I know of! Good luck on your decision., If I can help in anyway,,,,,holler loud. I have a nephew and family that live in muscle shoals,,,,

I hope all goes well for you. I went to a seminar, but decided to go with the local drs that use the local hospitals. I had surgery jan 16th and have lost 55. I am very pleased

Hi there. Mary here from Jacksonville. You are worrying needlessly over the water situation. Drinkers are the good losers. Water drinkers that is. I am not a fan of it myself. I had the band Jan 16, 2009. I have lost 52 pounds, and it is going to take me to my goal. I am naming it and CLAIMING IT!!! I do hope you live close enough to little rock to use Dr. WEllborn. The education before and after is worth any travel you might have to do. I have used Dr. Wellborn on two occassions and there isnt any better out there. At the beginning of your band journey you might not notice much difference in the ability to drink quickly. In the mornings things move a little slower due to the fact that your band is somewhat tighter in the mornings. I have no problem drinking, but that is only between meals. The rule is 60-90 minutes after a meal is when you can start to drink liquids. That is so you dont wash out what you have just eaten and then you might get hungry before time for your next meal. That ideally is around 4 hours. I have had 4 Fills and I can tell with each one that I am on my way to being tighter. My goal is to lose:about 55 more pounds,,,,,,or maybe even just 50. I will see. I would love to visit with you...if i can be of any help or encouragement,,,,,,please get in touch...I have been right where you are today. It was about an 8 mo. process for me. Congrats on the up coming date!. Where will your surgery be performed? I wish every one was using the Wellborn Team. The education before and after and during is so good. Again, welcome to the BAND wagon....it has been good for me. I had my surgery on Jan 16th 09. So far 46 pounds are gone. YEAHH!!!!

My surgery was 1-16-09. I hit 41 pounds today...I just cant believe it!

well, today was weigh in day and my 2nd fill. I was pleased. 8 more pounds gone. I still am not feeling restriction, but i know that will come in time. I praise God daily for the Band. It is almost a miracle. Makes me wanna Shout!

i just want to tell someone, anyone, I GOT MY FIRST TILL TODAY. I wish i was more in tune with what I feel on the inside. He took all the saline out, then put 5cc back in. I am starting my 6th week and have lost 26 pounds. I just cant believe I am acutally in the saddle and the pounds should continue to come off.....PRAISE GOD.

what a wonderful POST. And such a peaceful one too. I can tell there are differences in the mindset of those on the christian site and those that done knoe HIM. My surgery was 4 weeks ago, and today is a new day.,I feel good and the sun is shining, and im looking forward to what is in store for me. I want health and the ability to give of myself to the service of others. Up till now i was in to much of a mulligrub myself to be of anygood to others. I have lost 30 pounds and I hope to never see those pounds again. God worked out the finances for this procedure now I need to obey the rules and come out victorious. God is so good!

Hi my Arkansas Banster Buds. I am feeling better daily after surgery. I am in my 4th week now and ive lost 30 pounds. That all came off in the first 15 days of liquids. Boy did i feel weak during that time. I can eat good now, but not gaining and that is good I guess.
