shante87, You live in Tampa? Do you know when you will be banded? I was referred to a Dr. Murr. I still need to get my procedure approved by Medicare. I hope they do. Keep in touch! Tony

Hello All, My name is Tony and I live in Tampa, FL. I have type I diabetes and renal deficency. I am 5' 3" and weigh 246 lbs. I don't eat alot during the day, sometimes nothing, but then at night I will binge eat. It's a horrible way to function. So, my kidney specialist suggested the Lap Band. I have done the research and it seems quite harmless and relatively effective. So, that's a good introduction for me. Tony
