    September Sleevers!

How was the salad? I love salad but was cautioned on raw veggies until 2 months post. I only ate the chicken, and part of a tomato. Wife ate the rest. But saved me some chicken to bring to work for lunch. I'm still amazed in how a small portion fills me up. Tonight we had shrimp Alfredo, ate some shrimp. Didn't eat the spaghetti.. this Thursday will be 4 weeks post op. I'm cleared by my doctor for three small meals a day with plenty of liquids in between.. of course 30 mins before and 30 mins after each meal. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

I started the treadmill at my local gym but just walked briskly. There's not a lot of roads I can walk on in my neighborhood seeing I live near the highway. I walked on the treadmill on my 7th day post op. Did two miles.. don't run. Doctors want you to walk as much as possible. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  8. I don't go to my doctors until October 11th, and I was sleeved on September 23rd. On my 8th day post op I broke down and had one egg scrambled with a tiny bit of milk in it. Just make sure you chew it really good and pace yourself. Eat half of you can and the other half later. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

    8 days Post OP meal

Thanks everyone!!! Yes I realize now that I just need to continue my normal liquid diet. My doctor said 21 days then puréed after. Last night was just a bad night. I won't be doing any type of food. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  10. I'm about losing my mind right now. I'm completely sick of Protein shakes just like many others on here. My stomach has been doing great. Any gas pains are gone. Seeing people eating is killing me. Up until 2 days ago I had absolutely no appetite. Today it came back full force.. tomorrow I'm going to try some tuna for lunch (I've seen a few posts about it) I will chew thoroughly. Tonight I was able to drink an entire shake in a half hour after a 2 mile walk. (No pains, no gas, completely satisfied) That was at 8:30pm it is now 12:20am and I'm starving! I'm looking forward to munch tomorrow. Wish me luck Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

    September Sleevers!

Was sleeved on 9/22/16, (almost a week) can keep Water and Protein down. Along with all my Vitamins and medications. I believe I'm down 10-12lbs. The gas pains are slowly getting less frequent. I don't really have an appetite, everything smells weird to me or really strong. Head hunger sucks! Cooking for people while sipping on your Protein shake helps curve that Anyone have any issues with lower back pains? I've always had sciatic nerve pain of and I'm really bad.
