I've stalled at 3 weeks, but I haven't been working out. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App -
I'm at three weeks and I do get hungry. Drinking Protein shakes and decaf tea seem to help. Also popsicles are nice because I feel like I'm actually eating something, not just taking liquids. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

I felt like everyone was staring at me at the gym

No one's looking at you and judging. They're thinking about themselves or possibly worried they're being judged. Just focus on you and be mindful only of what's going on with your body. FTW. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App -
I use Greek yogurt in place of sour cream. It's great in soups! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Puree, blender and baby food
eso replied to Butterflywarrior's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I tried the baby food and hated it. I have a stick blender I use for almost everything. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App -
Tofu is great. Just get the firm kind packed in Water, drain VERY well, cut up and freeze it. I usually take frozen pieces, dry fry them and eat them with a boullion and soy sauce dip. Cauliflower sounds good, but if I eat it I can probably blast myself across the Atlantic. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

First puree meal, ricotta cheese bake
eso replied to ella37's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
This was delicious! I changed it up with skim milk ricotta and lowfat cheese but it was still amazing! I had to make absolutely sure my servings were no more than 2 oz, though, since it would be so easy to go overboard! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App -
I didn't get my freak flag flying until I was 34. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Am I over thinking clothes buying?
eso replied to Broove's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I found I have a knack for reconstructing clothes. I take my brother's old jeans or things I find at thrift shops and make skirts and purses out of them. Tshirt surgery is also a blast and it's a good way to make stuff fit properly. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App -
Anyone in the UK?

Where do you get Crusha? I'm an American expat in Cambridge and I don't think I've seen it yet! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App -
Don't think about it yet. Just wait and see how you feel. If Tgiving is only a few days after your surgery, you probably won't be too tempted. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
