How's your life changed since surgery? How many of you have gone from a 5 to a 10? Haha. How has your confidence changed? Your dating life? The looks? Opportunities? I want to hear all the changes. It gets me excited and makes me feel amazing hearing all the success stories. I can't believe I'm living in my own success story. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

I'm very happy with my decision to get the sleeve done but i've been stuck around the same weight for the last 2 months. I dropped 50lbs almost instantly but just last week, I was 278, few days later I was 289. I can't say I eat extremely healthy but I can't say I eat extremely bad. And, of course, I can't consume much food. Why is it soo easy to gain weight, soo quickly? Is it just Water weight? I feel like the weight gain is defeating the purpose. Hey Sleevers! I'm 4 weeks post opt and I'm sad because although I can eat more, not many foods taste the same. Is it just temporary? Let me know when your buds returned to normal. Also, has salt and sugar been amazing to you?! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Hey Sleevies! I'm 9 days post surgery! The first 3 days were miserable. The last 3 says were amazing! I feel soo much more like myself. One thing.... My appetite came back after hearing that it would take about 2-3 weeks. I know we are supposed to be on liquid diets but ive been going crazy! I had bean Soup, mashed, tortilla chips, salsa, slushy(not for flavor but for some strong, strange crave and need for something very cold, citrus and tart)potatoes and shrimp soo far. Yikes. Is that bad?! 7 days post op and I've had real food. I guess my main question is; Is it only bad for my diet or is actually bad for my stomach that I've had these foods? Like, would it cause problems? I'm concerned but ive been able to take on some foods. I'm not out of control, though! Haha. Just figuring things out with my stomach and how I feel. Thanks folks, glade to have support with this. I love the idea of bariatricpal. TTYL, Sleevies! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Thank you, gemigirl. I do have a plan...i was following itvthe first 6-7 days and thats when my cravings and appetite went crazy. I definitely will get back to liquids. I should have known this would be stupid. My stomach can't tolerate that stuff. It was also to test my limits but I can no longer test. Thanks a lot. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
