Ohh wow... these stories are not easing my nerves for next months flights to and from San Juan!!! I'm a school bus driver and my son is a hunter. One wouldn't think these were remotely related until the day I forgot his shotgun and shells were laying in my back seat and I went to work. The lead driver came up to me and asked was I planning on needing to defend myself. I still had no clue what he was talking about. He said... the 12 gauge shotgun and four boxes of shells on the back seat of your car might be heavily frowned upon by authorities. Of course he was just making it out way bigger than it was, but still No weapons allowed on school property. This was two years ago... so I understand the concern. Covered them with a blanket and was good. The same year, same sons teacher called and let me know he had a pocket full of shotgun shells and I needed to come get the ASAP. He wore his duck hunting jacket to school. Thankful I knew his teacher. Otherwise that could have been really bad! So before we travel... we do serious ammo checks in all bags because God only knows where they may have stashed their ammo! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App Jesus loves you!!! -

By the time I was 14, I was my full adult height of 6' 1" According to the government and several other sources, that was actually 6' 2", but I seem to have compressed somewhat over the years. In the following years, I did lots and lots of hard labor, and really packed on the muscle. I was always inclined towards chubbiness, but the work kept fat pretty much at bay. As the years passed, and the labor eased up, I neglected to reduce my caloric intake, and it landed me where I am today. Here is a picture from the dim recesses of time, when I was a mere slip of a lad at 15. This was so long ago, the entire world was still in black and white. Seriously, this is me as I just finished kicking some butt on the wrestling mat at 180 lbs in 10th grade. The 14 year old says "when the world was gray" He's 5'9" 175 pounds. Squats 345, benches 195, and cleans 225. Clearly my backbone! Hubbys pack mule for hauling out deer, and all the neighbors use him to do all the strong man work. I worry because my "little" brother is 6'5"... but skinny/scrawny. If this one gets that tall as big as he is...gonna need a second mortgage to feed him! His high Protein low carb lifestyle involves a side of beef a day now! Lol! All the precious critters!!! ❤️❤️❤️ Love them!!! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App Jesus loves you!!! -

I had one, 7 days post op they removed it. Ain't gonna lie, it hurt. But after the initial shock of the pain, it was over. And then... I was good to go! Haven't looked back. Before they removed it ... I was miserable, but it didn't really hurt, just was annoying and in my way. I could feel it moving inside me. Doc says this was because I was doing more than I should... and that he's never had that complaint. So that may have just been me! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App Jesus loves you!!!
