protein bars are a huge trigger food for me too... but in a pinch, i'll eat an Oatomega bar or a Luna bar.

I'm one week out of surgery today. The Protein shake my med team recommended was from Bariatric Advantage. I ordered it from amazon and it was here in 2 days. i mix mine with Water and ice. It seems to help me feel more energy.
