Great to add to plain or Greek yogurt. Make sure no seeds and pulp is blended well. Don't need any issues with our new stomach. Also in the next phase with cottage cheese but I have a few days yet for that treat. Lol. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Every day gets better and better. I've decreased pain meds and feel pretty good. Lots if tummy noises that my kids get a kick out of. Now I'm researching ideas for the next phase. I found a great blog with great ideas and recipes called world according to eggface. Check it out. I think the next phase lasting four weeks for me may be a bit of a challenge but challenge accepted. Thanks for the advice. Right now it's so regimented so it's not too hard. I however am trying to prepare myself for the stages to follow. Love the cliche and it's so true. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App -

My surgery was yesterday. Doing great. I was told I had Post op nausea pretty bad by don't remember it at all. As long as I keep up in pain meds I'm great. Second day into my journey and I and walked a mile. Not too shabby. Sending positive vibes to all. I hope my journey continues on the path I've started. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

I walked almost 1/4 of a mile today starting about 6 hours after surgery. Every time I got up for any reason I walked the halls 1-3 times. 27 laps around was 1 mile. If my pain meds were given on time I feel well, if I was not on top of it that was when she I had pain. That would be my one piece of advice. Keep up with pain meds in a timely manor.
