I got a personal trainer and started working out as soon as I was given the clearance. I do not struggle with too much loose skin and I credit my trainer for that. I work out 5 times a week, both weight lifting and cardio. I also am very strict with my diet. Good luck!!

That is interesting.....I have never heard of this. Although I always speak my mind so it would be nothing new for my family and friends. It could be your Hangry---hungry/angry as your body is getting used to having less food in your system. Do you exercise? I always find when I am in a bad mood a good workout/run helps.

Hi Everyone!! I am new to this site but not to the Sleeve surgery community. I had my surgery in November of 2015. When I started the journey I weight in at 320 lbs.
