I agree!!! I have lost 70 pounds so far. Everyone says I look great and can tell that I've lost weight, but I do not personally feel it. I can tell some by the way my clothes fit and when I catch my self in the mirror I am doing a double take. I still feel fat though. I'm sure it will take a while to get used to the new me.

I am 4 months out also, and down 70 pounds.... the hair loss is real. I hate washing my hair. I have thought about cutting it short, but haven't done it yet. I go back and forth about it. I totally understand how you are feeling...

Yeah he really is amazing! I'm doing good so far, I'm down 57 pounds. Pretty exciting. I was thinking about going in January too. It'd be nice to hear other people's experiences. I have a hard time getting the daily amount of Protein, but I'm trying. And I had to switch to the Vitamin Patches because I got tired of the chewable and got sick with the pills.
