I haven't been sleeved yet but I heard about this gurgling being common after surgery...sometimes it's needing to chew more through and other times it's the stomach trying to readjust

I haven't started my pre op diet yet however I went through a small grieving period for food but than I thought of all of the positive things I'm doing for my health and that helped tremendously -

I've been told once your weight loss normalizes, the hair goes back to normal I've also heard keeping up on Protein as the previous poster said can really help prevent hair loss I've read mixed reviews about Biotin -
The pain pill will make constipation worse btw.... maybe the new food was to much and you need to back up again? I think you can take Tylenol or acetaminophen for pain as it's not a nsaid and wont clog you up

I have C PTSD too ...I'm in therapy but emotional eating issues fairly under control. I urge you to work hard in therapy on those emotional eating issues bc ur sounds like ur struggling with them still and plan ahead for triggers as much as possible Good fortune -

I'm really sorry to hear about your father. That's so depressing and difficult?? I'm terms of your emotional eating, no time for regrets.... you recognize it. You did it but you acknowledge it and now you canake healthy decisions from now on I also suggest gathering up your emotional help support because your going to need it dealing with your father and managing your triggers for emotional eating. -
Caring for toddler after sleeve

I'm not a mom but I have juvenile onset rheumatoid arthritis and attended some conferences about it which included parenting techniques when you're too disabled to lift, etc one thing I remember from it was taking your toddler about the house in a parasol stroller Also use a stomach binder to assist with movements I. Sure you understand the need to not lift is due to not only the external incisions but mostly the internal stitching and healing.so please get as much help as possible and improvise improvise improvise with your little one.... Wish I could be of more help -

@@Gerri918 good work...have they checked your labs yet for anemia and vit D deficiency? Those things ban make you fatigued too! Possibly it's also just the residual of recovering from surgery -

Mine said 30 min space before and after as well I don't know anything about drinking the sludge for the CT scan -
I'm sorry you had to go through all of that but you are tough and you didn't give up, you can choose to be bitter or better and movr on to greater pleasure if your new life for you not them

I agree with Kristenle it'd likely a slight electrolyte imbalance... banana can help if it's in your diet plan or fitness water electrolyte water.

I think alot of these food issues are related to emotional eating and might hello to get support from ur psychologist on it too as well as here. I also found making a list of alternative activities and rewards has been helpful for me. I'm already practicing before my surgery latter this month -
I have pcos as well and this topic is intended for me lol. I take metformin xr among other things. Going to be sleeved October 24th

Not me but that's good maybe your just at a point of radical acceptance to take a term from mindfulness...I like it. I agree with what you said and doing it for similar reasons but I'm still nervous and excited lol Hopefully you're not numb... -
I know it doesn't help to hear this now bit your doc could have ordered a alternative stress test for ppl like you who can't run due to injury or in my case disability I've had two stress test done chemically and it's the same test no treadmill involved
