I have Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield and I didn't lose any weight during the six months. But they found other reasons to deny me. I had to fight with them for several months to get approval and we are still fighting with my with them for my husband's approval . do not take their denial to Heart or as fact. Once a week?? You poor thing. I go every 2nd day & even that gets uncomfortable. Lately I've drastically increased my Water intake & sometimes go daily. Be open to other forms of meeting people, not specifically to find a mate, and actively work to make that happen. Take classes, go to movies/plays/events. Volunteer somewhere. I met my husband in a Medifast chat room. I was chatting with a friend and he logged on to talk with her as well. Nine months later we moved in together and 5 years after that we got married. I have used hello fresh, blue apron and freshly. The meals do push you to try things you would likely not do on your own. I am making my own thanksgiving for husband and myself. The smalles bird I could find was 11lbs so it will be turkey for days. I am only going to make a small amount of stuffing, half a package of instant mash and a 4pk of rolls for him. I will only get a bite or two of the dressing and mash.
