I just came across this site and would love a little input.
I was sleeved on 4-11-16 also!! Just wondering how everyone is doing with their weight loss since then. I struggle every day to get in the Protein that I should! My dr. has not given me an amount to shoot for. Just says "eat protein at every mean and then veggies and eat till you are completely full" this is been a little bit frustrating! There are still foods that I struggle with and sometimes I forget and think that I am "normal" and eat to quickly or don't chew enough and then pay the price for a little while!!
I would love to hear from any and all of you on this journey!
