Hello I'm going to ask two different questions first question I'm 8 weeks out tomorrow and feel like I'm running out of ideas for food...What are some meals you guys enjoy???................... Next question I have two jobs the first job is the job I hold insurance with however, I'm ready to quit that job and go full time with job #2 however I will not qualify for insurance on job #2 until 2018 plus the insurance sucks.....My question is for the sleever who were sleeved in Mexico are you guys flying back and forth for check ups? How many visit do we actually need in our first year?? I'm only 8 weeks out I've lost weight everywhere except back there soooo I think it may slim up a bit but never go anywhere thank you Jesus....I no a few ppl who got the bypass and they have lost all theirs which is why I decided to go with the sleeve. Not much I still depend on my shakes my NUT want me to now get all my Protein from food but I don't see that happen anytime soon.......As for exercise I need some motivation to get up and getting going myself some days are better than the other however working two jobs as a nurse and being a single mother when I get home all I want to do is sleep lol Sent from my SM-G900T1 using the BariatricPal App

Hey finally someone who had surgery the same day as me.....I do stay constipated however I can still go...I now take a Fiber supplement daily and senna per my Dr haven't notice any changes because I just started a few days ago....Spinch is good for going as well anytime I eat spinch I go with no problem..I know you have to have some discomfort oh lord once since surgery do you get in enough fluids? I'm 6 weeks out and have only lost 30lbs since surgery and 8lb before giving me a total of 38lb yes I am happy but I thought it would be more...I too have started to slow down and I think I'm already in my second stall Sent from my SM-G900T1 using the BariatricPal App

I started taking mine 1 week post opt chewables my Dr gave them to me.....I'm now 6weeks post opt and have started taking capsules as of today!!!!!!!!!!!! You should be fine with the stairs I went up mine the same day I came home I just had my family bring everything I needed up there so I wouldn't have to go back and forth good luck!!!! I am going through the same thing as well I'm 3weeks post op and i have gained 1lb. My surgeon said that I will not see the schedule move in the next two weeks but I will still be losing fat he said that at this stage my body will be retaining Fluid. Sent from my SM-G900T1 using the BariatricPal App
