surgery in July still no weight loss

I had my surgery in July and I still have not loss a pound I have had 3 fills and i can eat straight threw them meaning the day i get my fill I'm surpose to fast for 10-14 days I do it for maybe a day or 2 then its back to eating can some please give me some advice on controlling my hunger:sad: -
I had my surgery in July of 07 and still have not loss any weigh so don't feel bad
