Premier Protein is the best. You can get it at costco, Walgreens, Cvs, check your local grocery store as well. Tryed all others. The others made me sick as well Sent from my SM-N910V using the BariatricPal App

I am struggling with my meal and Protein protein intake. If I eat 3 healthy small portions a day, with no Protein shake. I tend to crave to snack more. If I add a protein shake I seem to gain weight, & I was told never to snack. Then if I try to drink one shake through the day, & 1 meal for dinner. I tend to be more hungry at night. Yes most definitely! Thank you. I thought maybe I should be eating more cause I was only eating one full meal. But, just recently started getting hungry at night and feeling a bit tired.
