I was told yesterday that I have to go the appointment next Wednesday because the surgeon is requesting that I see his psych. I told them I had completed all insurance requirements. The lady said that it is a requirement by my surgeon that I see the psych before they submit. So I have to go unfortunately.

good thing is, that its the last one and my job approved me to have the time off.
