It teaches you to eat slow and everyone is diff, me I never seent eh big glory of it, my uncle lost 90 pounds never had a fill. Honestly if you can just stick to th diet and Excercise it will prolly work for you. My issue all teh "good" food got stuck and later I would eat bad stuff cause I was hungry. Well I am looking to re start my band I have the same proplem good food gets stuck...then I am hungry and crap food always goes down....... I lost weight then put it all back on need a quick fix to get me back in to it again I know it is my own fault cause I quit working out after my honeymoon....so gotta get back to me

Yes go to a class....you will not do it all right the 1st time...just keep moving:D I bought the dvd set and it is way boring ...the class I go to does zumba to hip hop and a variety of music

Great to see everyone!!! I started out rocky and still keep hovering ta the 200lb too, seen 190 once ....but really am gonna give it my all i need to lose around 30 by July to fit in my Wedding Dress..... Gonna try some alli and work out more.

Being they are a medical spa they wouldn't do it. The Dr didn't want to do lipo around the band said I needed to use a Hospital for that kind of procedure. He is probably right . BEtter to be safe than sorry. I was a really nice place

Okay I am bad bad bad...I need convienece food I am looking at thier 4 week programs and wondering if it is worth a shot. Anyone try these? If they taste like cardboard I won't stick to it
