Try Smoke Away...I quit it was hard but it takes off the edge. I had to realize what an addict I was. It takes 3 days to get it all out of you system than after that it is habit. It helps I started a new job where no one smokes, my finance quit with me. So you need support too!!!! Think of the reward...you know like new clothes, your health.......

I have heard that if you lose 100+ that your insurance will pay for excess skin removal or even a tummy tuck.....I hope it is true

Hey like I said i stole this list can't remeber where from.... but yes some things are funny like the BBQ tongs i agree I can wipe now I am sure I can wipe later.... But if we get some new ideas that would be great!!! Help all of us soon to be banded people
