Reality Check- I hate my new body
pallavi replied to Amyllf2's topic in Tell Your Weight Loss Surgery Story
My psychologist who was part of my surgery team did mention if I was ok to have saggy skin and made sure that I understood that I may have wrinkles n saggy skin. He asked me a bunch of questions to make sure I was ready for the operation. I'm also a year out. I do have a little of saggy boobs n wrinkly skin on my tummy but they don't bother me because I'm more happier with my weight right now and most importantly I'm healthy n can do little thing like tieing my shoe laces n walking. Yes it's normal..I consider myself as a strong woman but on the eve of my surgery I woke up with a high heart beats...I dreamt that I was already in the operation room and about to hv it...then in my dream talking to myself n wondering why no one stopped me from having this surgery....I woke up so nervous but took a deep breath and reminded myself why I want to hv this surgery....I'm lucky that I recovered pretty fast, have no problem with eating and also started going to gym..good luck.
