Hi you, it is a round pillow like one of these: https://www.google.no/search?biw=1536&bih=732&tbm=isch&sa=1&ei=ZHRDW56eFIS4swHFnaaABQ&q=balansepute&oq=balansepute&gs_l=img.3...4465.6813.0.6981.11.11.0.0.0.0.120.672.5j2.7.0....0...1c.1.64.img..4.6.586...0j35i39k1.0.VBZColrXW2k#imgrc=aTmUP-TgnPSEEM: Many pillows like these will probably do the same job. I stand on it barefoot (socks on/shoes of) since my job is really casual :-D

I am enjoying life. I am stabilizing on 63 kg loss and a healthy weight between 75 and 80 kg. I train 3 times a week and use my bicycle for transportation. I have incorporated all foods into my diet and I'm working hard on accepting my body and loving everything it can do <3 I have worn shorts and bared my jiggly leggs to the world :-D

I have a stand up desk and stand on a pillow - it's made of the same material as yoga balls and one can inflate it. Oh my does it work my legs. I do not know if it helps, but for me it is positive both as extra activity but also to spare my hips/knees from the hard floor.

I want to believe that I do not have to beat any part of me. The "old me" deserves a hug and a "you go girl" for being able to keep me going. I also believe that she will have her times to shine as I go on in life, and she should be allowed to. I do not expect to be as motivated as I am now for the rest of my life (I train 4-6 times a week at this point). I love motivational quotes but this one is a little bit to tough for me. Way to go for getting back into the gym though!!!

Surgery January 11th 2017 HW 138 kg (304lbs) SW 127 kg (280lbs) CW 75 kg (165lbs) Love my life!!! I have gotten so much more energy. No food is of limits (some food is off limits sometimes). I have switched from the wish to become smaller and less towards working to become more. I have found an amazing bodypositivity community out there that I believe will help me maintain this positive world view :-) Self love is so important.

Hei @Miss Norway!

mille80 replied to StacyS's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
Eight months anniversary from surgery today. First photo is December 2016, the day before I started the preop diet and the last one is 10 days ago. It is a new life... -

mille80 replied to Sleeveforme2017's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
The hair loss is crazy! I have cut my hair short because I could not deal with it any more :-) -
why did i bother to tell my friends UGH
mille80 replied to sassy683's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
This! I really wish I was better at this. I think somebody's weight should not be a subject, but I fall into the norm and always compliment loss, and stay quiet at gain. -
Severe hip pain one year after surgery
mille80 replied to pccooper's topic in General Weight Loss Surgery Discussions
I have hip bursitis as well [emoji58] Have been told to train normally as long as the pain is under 3 out of 10... I have also been given some exercises that I do every day. All this by a physio therapist. I find it ironic that I get issues like this after loosing 50 kg... I am traveling to continue my Camino Santiago on Monday and will be walking around 30km a day for 9 days and hope the hip is on my side. Sent from my Lenovo YT3-X50F using BariatricPal mobile app -

mille80 replied to Sleeveforme2017's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I have been stalling on and of several times, but can't complain. Love my new life - or better said - finding my old self: kayaking, enjoying the outdoors etc. I feel my own skinn suits me better than in a long while. HW 138kg SW 127kg CW 90kg -
I do not thing 10-15 ml is going to make any difference. I was told that it was ok to take a sip or two, just not to drink the whole glass with the meal.

Working through missing "volume"
mille80 replied to Paul Bahr's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I bring a Tupperware box to the restaurant and pack at least half of the portion away before I start eating. That way I have food for the next meal and I also dont have a plate full of food in front of me when I am finished eating. -
If you try the search function you will get a lot of answers :-) https://www.bariatricpal.com/search/?&q=hair loss&search_in=titles&sortby=relevancy

I had staples - showering as normal and than drying out before applying dressings again. I was told I could go with the stapels bare but it was to much for me. Liked to have them covered :-)

In my book (according to my guidelines) salmon was allowed on mushies already and very much part of my soft diet.

3 days out, remorseful, worried and depressed
mille80 replied to Jamesarwin's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I am 2 months out and have had a better social and personal life than in a long time. I have been out to parties (still not eaten out) and I have enjoyed my new found confidence. I feel it is a little bit drastic to conclude that this will destroy personal life and lead to health issues for everybody... -
I did not get blisteres but I got something that looked and felt as a burn under the papertape covering my incisions. It got better fast after I removed it. I know from before that I am sensitive to adhesive but this one was supposed to be ultra sensitive. Sent from my ONEPLUS A3003 using the BariatricPal App

Removed mine on Monday. It was a little bit uncomfortable, and one had gotten a little bit stuck. Hurt for a second, literally. And oh my what a feeling to have them out - amazing! Sent from my Lenovo YT3-X50F using the BariatricPal App

If you search "pouch test" you will find a ton of answers. Good luck!

CAN you eat vs SHOULD you eat
mille80 replied to ShelterDog64's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
_Kate_ I see I was not clear in my post and your words made me go back an rethink. I was floored by the system that has made it possible for somebody to do something so drastic as WLS without knowledge of the basics of nutrition. I try my best not to be judgemental of individuals - but I do not always succeed. In this case it was the system that through me for a loop. -
CAN you eat vs SHOULD you eat
mille80 replied to ShelterDog64's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
@LipsticLady I had a girl in a FB group ask if people had experienced bad breath after surgery. When told that she probably was in ketosis and could try a little bit more carbohydrates, she asked if that was something she could buy in the farmacy... And this is post op... I was floored! -
You won't find a more supportive and fun group of women than you will in Roller Derby...believe me, I have tried other sports and they just don't compare. And it's an excellent workout. If you can skate one lap, they can work with you. Give it a shot. I have done derby here in Norway. The community in my town is really small but I loved it. As I piled the weight on skating became too hard. So I plan on going back. I am a little bit to anxious for bouts but I love the skating and training ????
