Hello Surgery sister. I am doing fantastic.. except for the "mental" hunger i have been experiencing. I know it is mental because i do not feel hungry physically. I am well nourished by following my post-op diet to the dot. I am teaching myself discipline right now How are you feeling? -

Thank you gr8mom0106My post op appointment is on the 21st of November My scale shows I am 5 lbs less than my surgery weight.. I am also excited to know how much lighter i will be one month out. Good luck on your liquid diet. Hang in there, it will all pay of as "easier recovery" later. (Hugs) -

I already had my surgery on the 8th of November. I am 4 days post op now. I have not a single regret. All my friends and family say i look great and recovering so well they couldn't even tell i had surgery this past week! Feeling blessed! Good luck to all of you November sleevers. -

Mine is November 8. I would love a group too. Has anyone started one yet? Very nervous and anxious about the upcoming full liquid diet. I have no idea how i am going to feel!
