I am so glad you posted this. I had my vsg on 9/12/16 and haven't lost anything. I feel as if I have done this surgery in vain but everyone keeps telling me it Will happen and that I'm still healing. I'm concerned because I'm almost 1 week post op (surgery 9/12/16)and haven't lost any weight. I even think I may have gained a pound. Has anyone else had this issue, is it normal for this to happen, and/or how do you fix this? I don't consume anything that isn't allowed. Lol thanks for your honesty. Your response makes me feel better. I'm not one to always be on the scale everyday. Someone had posted on my fb page that they had lost 20 lbs in 3 days and I thought if she's lost that much, u should have lost something, even if it was 4lbs. I'll relax.
