    Medications with Applesauce - UGH

I still take mine with applesauce. 11 weeks out. I've tried yogurt and pudding which are ok, but I always go back to applesauce.

    One month post op problems

Hmm. I should've thought of that. Spent a small fortune on Protein
  8. Help needed! Can anyone tell me what your experience was with the IUD (skyla or mirena) or the implant (nexplanon)? Looking to regulate periods and endo pain that comes with them after they went crazy after surgery. I'm 27, no kids now, but don't want to take that option off the table. Thanks to you all!

Ladies only - IUD or Implant?

Oh wow, what's reverse endo? I hope they figure something out for you soon! It's endometriosis that has spread to different portions of your body. Mine is in my bowels. Most doctors had just said it was IBS but none of the treatments helped me. After 20 years of test and test and doctors. I moved and went to a new OBGYN and we just randomly started talking and sure enough she knew what it was. It was so such a relief to finally have a doctor listen to me and give me answers. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App Oh, ok. I have that too, never heard it called that. Mine has spread to ureter and bladder. It sucks

How long before the "honeymoon" is over?

I totally said that backward. Goal is 185. Need to lose 125. 55 of the way there!

How long before the "honeymoon" is over?

My goal is 185 pounds lost. I'm tall, I know that can make a difference. I haven't really set a time but 18 months sounds good.
  12. I had chick fil a the day before I went on liquids. Which of course I can eat now, grilled chicken and such. Other than that, I didn't really have a food funeral or last meal.

I'd also like to know, but I'm betting the answer is different for everyone [emoji53]

  16. So some of you have seen my posts about the best "healthy" wings - i love buffalo wings. Well, now at 10 weeks and 3 days out I have had them (all of 3 delicious little things). So, to all of you newly post op wondering when you can eat your favorite foods I promise eventually you will be able to make a healthy version - it feels like forever, but it's not! Hang in there - whatever your chicken wing equivalent is will be here soon (Just don't go back to your old ways of eating them)

    Thank you

Oh that's even better. A lot of doctors do liquid only, that's what I had. You'll make it through!

    3 years 4months later 144 pounds gone

I have no problem wearing it except like at religious places etc. . Kat..???????????????????????????????????? Wish I had the gonads you do sister. Rock on with your bad@$$ self. Excellent job with the weight loss. You look great!
  19. The energy I'm getting. I can cook dinner every night, and not be exhausted. I can take my dogs on long walks. My plantar fasciitis is so much better. Our house has never been so clean! I used to only have energy for work, I'm a bit of a perfectionist so they got 110% of me. Left nothing for home. That's all changed now!!!!

    Thanksgiving Weight Gain

I'm only doing the 6month diet.. Do they have a reset for that?! Haha #WouldLove2KnowOh haha! Sure, you can do a mental reset
  21. 8-10. I'm 5'10 though, so I think that makes a difference. If I settled at a 10 I'd be thrilled. That's where my normal BMI would put me.
