Hi - I had that happen for 8 years, where I lost 30 lbs and up and down the same 3-5lbs. to the point, I went to have a consult to get this darn thing out of me. Only to find out insurance would no longer cover, boy was I angry thinking I have to deal with this stupid thing in me for the rest of my life. You treat your body right with the correct nutrition, and you will reap the rewards of it, On top of this drink, I also use an electronic log (I use My Fitness Pal). So that I could finally start to see how many calories I was consuming on a daily basis. Once I did that I was like wow, now I continue to monitor on a daily basis. Between the two, now 5 months later I am finally down 50 lbs (SW 251 GW 150 CW 198.6), I got another 50 to do but now I know that goal is totally doable and I love my band!
