So my surgery is September 28th and today is the first day of my liquid diet. 3 shakes, 2 yogurts,SF Jello and Popsicles. I'm having a really bad day so far, I have the worst headache ever and I want to kill anybody that even looks at me.. Lol Can anybody else relate? Any tips or suggestions to make this better? I need encouragement badly!!! Thanks in advance

Meeee too. My surgery is Sept 29th and I feel exactly like you do today and I started liquid diet today too. Sorry wish I had encouragement but I'm right there with yeah. We'll get through it.

I'm getting sleeved Thursday Sept. 29th finally aftet an 8 year battle. I'm both excited and nervous...started liquid diet today. Nervous a little just want to be successful at this liquid diet. Anyone have suggestions...thoughts for me?
