I live in Port Orchard, WA and I had RNY on 9/27/16. I am 6 months out. I would love to answer questions and be a support for you. My husband just had RNY three weeks ago. It's not easy but totally worth it. I have lost 87 lbs since last year. -

Best thing ever is that at 3.5 months since surgery my A1C went from 8.9 to 7.7. I am now only taking 40 units of insulin instead of 200 units. I feel better, wear smaller clothes (no longer in plus sizes) and can finally wear boots. -
