Wanting hear some awesome success stories and find out if my goal of going from a 22 to a 10 is setting myself up for disappointment. I have horrible time getting to sleep/stay asleep so does pretty much all my immediate family. I believe undiagnosed insomnia runs in my family. I am exhausted all day long running after my toddler but cant sleep at night. Recently I cannot go to sleep without a sleep aid, my husband is worried I am becoming dependant.
