    Feel much healthier, really enjoy the gym but still feel like another stone wouldnt hurt. Just need to be patient maybe, not my strong point lol [emoji23]

    Hi guys, im day 3 post op and doing ok i think. However whenever i drink Water or juice, i get incredible abdo pain for about 15 seconds, doesnt sound long but long enough to put me off drinking the amount i should.
