    Really bad constipation

Try magnesium gel caps. I had the same problem and tried everything. Last doctors visit she recommended starting with two magnesium gel caps until regular then down to one (each night). No cramps. Works like a charm.

    Vitamin Patches

I use the patch, but also have to take a few other supplements. In particular B12, vitamin D, calcium. I also take biotin and magnesium (the latter for constipation). Depending on the levels following blood work, I have modified some of the supplements. For instance I now only take B12 every other day. The reason I do the patch is because the large multivitamins always upset my stomach. So far, no issues with the patch sticking. Although I do recommend removing it before bathing or swimming. For some reason they really stick when wet. I also rotate the location where I stick it, butt or shoulder.

    Vitamin Patches

The RV been on patches for almost two years. Love them. Numbers are good, and cheaper that bariatric vitamins. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    Left Shoulder Pain

Yep. Had to have my Spouse pat my back. Basically needed to be burped like a baby.

    Constipation

I tried Miralax. Like most laxatives (and even the fiber supplements) it cases cramps and gas. The magnesium gel caps do not do that.

    Constipation

I am almost two years post op. So yes, you can take magnesium. But recommend the gel tabs because easier on the stomach. No more cramping or bloating. I wish they had told me about it sooner.

    Constipation

My NUT had me take magnesium gel tabs. Two at night. Don't need fiber or stool softeners anymore! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    Vitamin MD patch

I've been using them religiously for the last 18 mos and have had no issues. I still have to take extra calcium and that is the only deficiency noted so far. I love them! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    Tacos

I loved Mexican food, but after surgery just can't do the torts, rice, and Beans. Usually order fajita meat and salsa. I live in SATX, too! My surgery was 1/27/16. 75lbs so far! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

I had my surgery in February 2016. I couldn't do the bariatric Vitamins....literally made me sick. I have used Patches since February. Blood work and all levels have been great. Not other supplements I take are Biotin and calcium. 75lbs down and doing great! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
