So right- I'm sure there may ultimately things my "head" will miss. Walk a few seconds in my run over moccasins. I am 70, tired of being tired, feel my body slooowing down, could I be slowly die-ing? I have lymphadema in my legs up to almost knee level, getting harder to walk a distance even when I WANT to, I'm invisible to fun conversations, either I disgust them or they think I'm stupid. Tired of fat jokes about me.. Inside there' s a fun young at heart Rosey, but on the outside everybody sees s Rosey Bush out of control and needing pruning. Bariatrics will prune me back to where I should be. I'm not a young seedling but I believe I still have blooming potentials. Let's all grow toward health my sisters and brothers. your Rosey Posey. Rachel,Rosey in Ohio . I have. Medicare/Medicaid, all my requirement was a high BMI on top of the regular ones of the practice. I have COPD so had to get lungs as quite as possible before sleep study. I m full speed ahead for October and no 6 mo diet surveillance. Talked to my facilitator this AM , golly she's so good. I'm BMI 45 and 5ft 10 yeah big i'm, tired of hearing from in-laws "she's so pretty in the face but.." I'm not deaf I heard you clearly so don't pretend I'm not here. I don't mention the hair growing out of your ears or that your wife is ugly in face and manner and has a screechy voice. So why pick o.n my size. ? Sorry sometimes I get her up about life. Memory foam -if all else fails go to wallly world or discount place . get an egg crate mattress pad twin probably smallest now stitch a pillowcase up . make it about size of chair bottom, sew up three sides then stuff it full . what I did once is measure twice as wide and then folded it up 3-4 x and then whipped the other side shut. I d leave the top with the points up on it so you'll have some air flow.

Yeah you do with sleeving that's why my Dr Miller says its R N Y for my royal Rosey-hood. I have both GERD and hiatus hernia now, says they will both be fixed laproscopically, really wouldn't be heartbroken if he ended up with an open incision. Years ago that doctor who removed my gall bladder did a right paramedian instead of a subcostal so I would not ever have a bikini body. Hi I'm Rosey Posey I'm on the road to bariatricville myself. Just an teenie idea- when they have those things put a drop of flavor in the shakes. Maybe vanilla extract? Or drop a small berry into it and some ice chips whip it up in blender so its thick like a real milkshake.? Try biking or swimming also for exerciseso go drink , ask your mom is you can wash walls for her? Also go clean the bathroom that SURE kills any appetite I have.
