I'm stuck at the same weight. It's always only a 5 lb difference. It's been like this for a week now. Any suggestions? I'm only 3 weeks out of surgery so I just started eating fish and stuff like that yesterday but my weight hasn't moved. I'm walking like they said to do. Trying not to get discouraged. Just curious to see if there are any people who have had bariatric surgery that work nights and if so what is their schedule like? I work night shift from 8pm to 4am so I'm just trying to get some ideas from other people who have had surgery that also work 3rd shift. Like when u eat, take your Vitamins, workout, walk, etc

3 weeks out and still have a lump under one of my incisions

Is this normal? I feel pretty good all the time and doing what I am told to be doing but i have this sharp shooting pain in my abdominal area when I get up from sitting or turn the wrong way or bend over.
