SOOOOOO - I am 8 months post op today and I have been at 177-181 bouncing back and forth for a month. >_< I don't know what to do to get past this stall I am at 95 pounds lost and need to lose about another 40 pounds and I'm just stuck HELP PLEASEEEEE.

Totally normal Sucks but normal, it will all pass and it will all be worth it.

I do Grilled chicken breast and protein shakes " premiere" and typically I will do either a veggie or almonds with my chicken. I do chicken for lunch and dinner and I do a protein shake for breakfast and a snack. - I get 60gr of protein from two shakes without the added scoop of syntax that I add and blend. which adds 23gr per shake so that's - 106gr total not including chicken. 10 carbs from the premiere, 0 from syntax. 6g of fat from the premiere. 4 oz of grilled chicken is around 22gr of protein 1 carb and 4gr of fat. so that twice a day totals at 44 protein 8 fat and 2 carbs. EXT....

I am two weeks out from my 10 months and just hit 100 pounds lost - I have been in a two-month stall and it's killing me >_< but my food intake could be better any suggestions on how you broke yours other than water increase. You look fantastic congratulations.

Thanks, everyone - I am still stalled at 174.6 now just a few pounds down but hopefully the increase will help.

No chicken - just fluids

how's your liquid diet going? I'm really nervous about starting mine on Wednesday. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App Day five i was like PLEASE GIVE ME chicken now im fine lol once you get past the omg i need food stage you are ok

They told me they have 30 days and basically just pushed me off the phone. Mind you this is my second time through the process they denied me beck in 2013 and i was unaware i could appeal so i just gave up so now im doing it all over again

Oh yeah I forgot to add in that iv been on my liquid diet for 13 days >_<

I'm waiting for approval - i was scheduled for next week but my approval is STILL pending so it looks like i may be an October sleever.

So this is my second time through this process with my insurance and the plan has not changed. - I did a full six months the first time like required with my surgeon and nutrition but this time did six month with my doctor and only 4 with nutrition and they just submitted everything because there is nothing saying a time frame of when the six months had to be just consecutive which i already have. Do you think i will get denied?

It was in 2013 feb- Aug and then iv done 6 months of physician visits April to now and 4 nutrition visits June to now. And my BMI is over 40

I went through the process and got dennied, waited three years and just went through the process again still with UMR just got submitted today so hoping i get an approval this time. Do you guys have any updates?
