I am scheduled to be sleeved 09/15/16 and I've only told three people about my surgery. I know once I start dropping the weight my coworkers and friends will notice. I just don't know what to tell them, I'm afraid of being judged for making this decision. Unless you are overweight yourself and unable to live every day life you wouldn't understand this drastic life choice. Thanks for listening

I'm scheduled for my sleeve 9/15/16 and I will be caring for myself once I am discharged from the hospital, so I want to be (overly) prepared. I've ordered a food steamer thinking that it'll be an easy way to prepare moist fish and chicken . I was curious if any one on the forum has any suggestions about kitchen must haves....thanks all!!!
