I am currently scheduled for surgery on October 7th at Dartmouth. I am excited and terrified... but mostly excited. By eating smaller meals throughout the day and following my workout plan (4x wk) established by a trainer, I've managed to lose weight during the past 5 weeks as I make my slow transition to the 2 wk Pre-op diet.
