Man I'm so excited and nervous. Starting my liquid diet just did all my last labs on Tuesday and waiting for my approval. Praying that I will abide by my liquid diet and through thus surgery with no complications. Dec. 7th my life start over and I'm ready!!

I am going to my my presurgery appointment this Thursday to find out when I'm schedule for my rny. But I'm so nervous because I started this journey at 292lbs ... I am now 300 pounds give or take a pound. I just feel like my insurance is going to deny me even though my Dr. has assured me otherwise. Did anyone else experience this and if so what happened? So I started my journey in jun of this year. I have blue cross blue shield anthem so I had to do this sixth month route. Hw: 306lbs Jun 20. 2016 : 292lbs, currently I have gained seven pounds so I'm 299. Nov 17th is my pre-op appointment. Nov 8th is my nutrition appointment. Getting butterflies. Any advice. I've been doing all kinds of research. Honestly, I'm just ready to lose some weight an give my life a second chance to treat my mind body and soul better. What are these nutrition classes about. I see everyone posting them and I get what they are about but two months long?... who makes you do these. I do have to go to a nutritionist and take a class but it doesn't take two months and it isnt added on to my 6 month required supervision time. Please enlighten me someone!
