I'm 7 weeks post op RNY and still get nauseous at the site of some foods and the smells of most. The smells alone get me. When does this stop ? Please someone help. I'm taking my Vitamins anymore and I'm just able to tolerate Water. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

I have been reading a lot of these post about paying out of pocket or co pays. Why is anyone paying out of pocket of the insurance covers the cost. I would go nuts if I had to pay anything additional to what my co pays have been with all these requirements. Does anyone have BC/BS PPO and live in Maryland ? Why do I have to have a gallbladder ultrasound done before surgery? You know when your in the office with the surgeon sometimes your so anxious you don't ask obvious questions. I am so excited to finally post after allll this hard work and appointments to attend that I am scheduled for surgery Dec 28th 2016. I just submitted my papers to the surgeons office ONLY 2 days ago and they received the ok from the insurance company today. Can you believe it??? Wow. I am truly blessed. God is awesome. This has been a journey. For those that have questions on my process working up to the surgery date please don't hesitate to ask. I will begin posting my status working up to the surgery date weekly. I will leave you all with my stats Now. HW : 386 CW : 378 GW : 175-200 Height : 5' 4 Clothing size : 24-26/ 3x- 4x I carry most of my weight in my Breast, Hips, Butt, and Thighs. Congratulations, my surgery was suppose to be today but it got cancelled because my insurance denied it. In the appealing stage now. I live in Maryland and I am hoping for Dec or Jan . I just finished everything. The surgeon office has all my paper work. Waiting on them to submit or call me with any other questions. I will be having RYN this year and my question is, Has anyone taken Water fitness classes? Are they good toning workouts? Have you ever used the water weights? I like water fitness classes and I want to be able to do some exercises I enjoy and not a treadmill. It's an hour class with non stop movement. What are your thoughts on post surgery workouts? So everything has been moving smooth then ...... I find out my surgeon that I was going with will no longer be working with the practice. So ok that's fine I have another surgeon on stand by. That's taken care of. My problem was getting the six months of weight management from my primary care physician. Oh by the way she is out on Maternity Leave. someone slap me. Well I was told by her that the physician she is sending her patients to could handle everything for me. Well all they had to do is submit forms to the surgeon stated what my weight was every month and goals, progress, and recommendations. Do you think that happened. No. She sent the weight and dates. What the hell??!?!? The surgeon office called saying they more info. I called the PCP office , you know they said ummm we are not sure what your doctor recommended for you. Ummm what?!?!? It's in the computer system. Hellloooooo. I said don't worry about it. The papers are signed right? That's fine I will fill it in myself. Have a good day. I don't have time for all of that. Yeah . My PCP didn't really tell me anything. Honestly I'm not going back through that process again. I'm filling out the papers seriously, that's what the surgeon office said I could do.
