HELP!I had lap band surgery in April of 2007. By November I had lost 70 lbs. But since january of 2008 I have gained 20 lbs sometimes 3- 5 lbs at a time. I know my sweet tooth came back around the holidays when I had to make cookies for my son's school. But i have tried to control it sometimes successfully and sometimes not. Other times I feel like can keep eating but I don't. Could I have stretched my pouch? Any thoughts? I'll take any advice I can get!
