I never worried on calories, just on my Protein intake cuz i was feeling very week starting month 5 or 6.... im 38 weeks preggo, ive gained about 16 pounds so far (started at 180 lbs). Im sticking to Protein shakes with min sugar, like atkins, boost or slim fast. And i try to have 4 to 5 meals a day, thats including the shake of course
