I am pre-opt (just waiting for my phone call to see the Dr for my date), I have yet to try a protein shake, in our class they spoke about most of the patients favorites being Premier Protein and Nectar. I have drank protein in the past but, I couldn't get past the chalkiness and the clumps that would not dissolve not matter how much I blended it together. I am also afraid to buy such a big jar of protein and end up not liking it.
