At support group they told us that if you stall check your measurements . They said you never lose weight and inches at the same time. Many people added in that while they were stalled for an extended period, they actually went down two pant sizes Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

I chose RNY because I was over 300 pounds and have a lot of weight to lose . My DR was not sure he would be able to do it because of all the weight in my stomach so sleeve option was my back up, I had surgery 8/23/16 and was thrilled he did the RNY. He had said if he did sleeve, then two years later he would do the RNY and I just wanted to get on with it. I feel great 11 days out ! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

I just had bypass 10 days ago . The pain was minor compared to my knee replacement . The worst problem I had was I caught a cold and did a lot of coughing and that was annoying but not painful. 10 days out now and I feel fine Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

In my classes they said it would start to do that at 3-4 months and begin regrowth at about a year. But everyone is different. It's a fear of mine too. I am only 10 days post op Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
