  1. good. I was getting worried. Was trying to add up in my head how many calories/carbs he would be.

Being Sleeves October 3rd and I'm Starving

So far for me it is. I'm 3 weeks out, I'm 47 pounds lighter. way more energetic, and I can move better to keep up with my kiddo. Stairs are easier to climb, running doesn't hurt my knees anymore, and I'm no longer pre- diabetic. Plus I was already sexy as hell, but now I'm like "Bow chika bow bow" (that last part was a not so subtle opinion from my husband.) So yes ma'm IT is totally worth it!

    Failed :(

I quit smoking 3 years ago by using a Vape. I'm now nicotine free. I still vape, but there's 0 nicotine in my liquid. Quitting Smoking was the first step in my journey towards health and I feel SOOOOOOO much better. A few days after you quit you notice improvement in your lungs. You can breathe better, cough less and your energy starts to return A few weeks in you will find your skin improves, you sleep better and you have a ton more energy A few months in you won't even think about it anymore. You'll be more vibrant, healthy and breathing easy. Its worth it. Especially if you are having surgery. Its one less risk factor to worry about and one more positive step in the direction of becoming a healthier you. You're already changing habits to maintain a healthy lifestyle, so this might be another habit you can change. But don't overwhelm yourself. You got a lot going on. If you have to wait till after then wait till after, but if you want to live a healthier life, its definitely a step you might want to consider taking in the future.

My advice would be to drink TONS of water. Whenever you get a hunger pang, Drink some water. It will keep you hydrated and stave off the hunger pains. At the same time, don't deprive yourself. Make sure you are having 3 "meals" per day or whatever guidelines your Dr gave you. This part is so tough but its sooooo important. Don't give up. You're Almost there!!!!!!
  6. A little about me. I was sleeved on 9-6-2016. I'm no wordsmith, but I have a gigantic sense of humor that matches the size of my gigantic (but soon to be smaller) hindquarters. I am struggling with cravings and head hunger and need a friend or two to help keep me motivated and accountable. Plus I need someone to laugh at my jokes. No really. Laugh dammit!
