When do you all start the preop diet? Im part of a bridal party this Saturday so cant really have my optifast shakes, so I started today to make up for it! -

I was wondering the same thing. Im 200 pounds at the moment and getting sleeved on the 8th march. -
I'm getting sleeved on the 8th march and feel the exact same way ? I guess we just need to trust the process and acknowledge everyone will lose differently.
